We require a 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment. If the appointment is not canceled prior, the full amount will be charged.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do allow exchanges and rescheduling within 30 days of original purchase date.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand things come up and the need to reschedule may occur, we kindly ask that you call at least 4 hours in advance. As a courtesy we allow a one time reschedule, after that the cancellation policy goes in to effect.

Late Arrival Policy

Each minute past the scheduled time is deducted from session time. 

No-Show/No-Call Policy

If we do not receive any notice of cancellation or to reschedule, the full amount of the session will be charged. This amount must be paid in full prior to the next session.
