The Basics of BEING Wellness Retreat
Are you in need of REST? Longing for purposeful connection? Need time to get away and just be yourself by yourself? Join the IHH team as we create the ultimate environment for BEING well in all areas of your life! SPIRIT. SOUL. BODY.
Accommodations – Take the beautiful drive to retreat with us right outside of Hagerstown, MD, along the Potomac River. We are providing single-occupancy rooms to allow for maximum rest and relaxation. Guests can check-in to their room by 4:00pm on Friday, September 3, 2021, and depart by 2:00pm on Sunday, September 5, 2021.
Food & Beverage – One of the many times we gather together, will be surrounding delicious chef prepared meals. Your investment includes dinner on Friday evening, three meals on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. Throughout the weekend we will provide snacks and special treats but feel free to bring any of your own favorites.
Attire – Come as you are: whatever makes your soul happy! If you want to wear flowing dresses or shorts and flip flops, do you boo! There are no rules other than you must be FREE and comfortable!
Expectations – If this season in your life is rich and abundant, expect it to elevate even higher. If this season is tough or chaotic, expect a refreshing and renewal. If you don't have a clue what season you are in, expect to find exactly what you don't even know you are looking for! The Basics of Being means something different for each sister but our intention is to love on you and allow for a safe space to simply BE!

We have done our best to provide an environment that includes everything you need in an all-inclusive experience for $395! A $100 deposit is required to reserve your room.
